Property Title

I am Purchasing a Flat in resale whose land was acquired by a Registered GPA by an individual person in 2009 and that individual person was part of partnership Firm with her husband. On POA Individual had signed as Individual capacity and at the time of Flat sell, she had signed as a partner of the Firm. The sale deed of Flat was done in 2010 and now I am purchasing the flat is the title clear. Title prior to GPA is clear.
