Queries In Respect Of Debottar Agricultural Land

I would like to obtain the answers of the following queries: (1) How can I be legal owner of the Debottar Agricultural Land which is recorded in my father's name as Sebait . (2) Whether the Debottar Agricultural Land may be sold/purchased or not . (3) Whether any kind of execution of Lease or Settlement in respect of Debottar Agricultural Land is legally allowed . (4) Whether any Sebait (Owner) of the Debottar Agricultural Land is legally allowed to sell the same to utilise the money for repairing of the Temple & maintenance of daily expenses of the Deity, if the income earned from the cultivation of the said Debottar Agricultural Land becomes very poor to meet up the expenses of daily expenses & other related activities of the Deity . (5) Who will be legal heir(s) of any Debottar Agricultural Land after expiry of the Sebait (Owner) of the said Debottar Agricultural Land .
