Asked in Property
contect with local lawyer and file a title partition suit in jurisdiction Court.
sorry if there is a will on her name. then u can't claim for share. I have not read the full question.
If it is your father's property. then u can also claim for share in that. your step mother is not only the owner. no she can't transfer it to any son of her brother.
your mother is only owner of the House . So mutual partition agreement is only solution.
there is only one option . challenge the will in the court that it's a fake will.
ok your father has not mentioned your name anywhere in the will ?
ownership was transferred by your father to her ? if yes then the property was self acquired by your father ? is there any deed/will of the property ?
There is no way for you to get what you want except by showing love and affection and win her heart.
Dear Client, In that case you should move a partition suit before court where whatever your share over the said property you may get it and during pendency of suit she can't transfer anyone.
