Regarding Land

My father has land which he got from his adopted father, due to some revenue mistakes it got transferred to my father brother and when we put an application revenue department transferred land to my father but later my father's brother son got a recommendation from unknown hight authorities and again revenue department re-transfer my father land to his brother son, in this what we do. The land belongs to my father but due to the revenue department's negligence mistake happened and now they are not correcting it due to the influence of higher people.
