Regarding Share I'n Property

Hello, my question is my father was having back money which I was aware of it, during income disclosure scheme I asked my father several times to make a disclosure and adviced him to pay tax as a good citizen just because of this he started neglecting me and also says that he will throw me out of the house. I did right thing for the benefit of my country and my father got angry becz he have to pay 45% tax on that money. Will I claim my right on house property..,plz advice what law says ..is law is in my favour. thnx
