A brother (A) and sister (B) inherit a large house in Delhi on the death of father intestate in 1994. A was financially weak. B executes relinquish deed in favor of A in 1998. From that day onwards, A and his wife start ill-treating B. In 2010, A meets a builder. The builder pays him 1 crore in cash and agrees to build 4 floors with 1 floor for him and balance for A. In 2012, builder completes construction, sells his floor for 2.5 crore and hands over balance 3 floors to A. In 2019, they discover that they have inherited 1 more property. A and his wife again started requesting B to execute relinquish deed in favor of A. B refused. Now they have started abusing her. B repents for having signed the first deed. Is there any law by which she can get her share back in her father's house. If so, pl suggest names of some experienced lawyers working in Dwarka Court Delhi who can handle this case. what are the likely expenses? Rajesh

On the grounds of fraud and misrepresentation she can file a suit for cancellation of first deed. She can file a complaint for pressurizing her to execute another deed. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you

Any Advocate need to study the wording of Relinquishment Deed before advising you .Further Although there is no such way to reverse from a decision which you have taken without any undue influence. . You can challenge the deed only when you show that the said RD has been executed under some undue influence and if the Said fraud or undue influence is genuine then You can go for cancellation of the same. Contant any Advocate who is practicing in both Civil and Criminal cases for your relief.
