Relinquishment Deed Revocation For Inherited And Purchase Property Of My Father

We (four siblings) made a Relinquishment Deed (RD) in name of my mother for inherited property and purchased property of my father since almost two years ago. We intended a will followed by the RD but the next step was not matured. We would like to revoke the RD anticipating that the following steps may not happen or may be overwritten one sided. Hence seeking advice.
