Retrieval Of Ancestral Property

Recently my grandmother expired. So all my grandparent's property has been held by my aunty. When we asked her our share, she is objecting. All my grandparent's pension money, fixed deposit bonds, farming field bond papers, and jewelry everything is with her only. Why because my grandmother spent her last days with my aunty only. So she is saying I have taken care her in her last days, so I will take everything and who are all you to ask about the property So my first thing is we need to pull out all my grandparent's property from her and we need to distribute among all other as per law.
