My agricultural land is there, as well as the neighbor's agricultural land. The neighbor has filed a suit for the road from my farm, so do I have to give way to him about the compensation at the government rate, or is it the way for my farm land. Will I be able to demand that much land from his farm

there is some thing called easmentry Right. if your previous land owners or your forefathers had permitted to use your land to approach your neighbor to use then you have to give him a way . If demand is fresh then you can seek compensation.
