Right In Ancestral Property Purchased From Combined Money.

my fathers five brothers were living together for 25 years. during this period properties(land) has been purchased by the income of whole family but got registered on elder brothers name only. now elder brother doesn't want to share that property (purchased from combined money) with younger brothers. can court could do anything in this subject. if so please mention the concerned section in which, younger brothers can apply and get back their equal share of property.
