our neighbour destroyed 3m wide road connected us to sh 60m away.he want us  use the 1m wide path(nonmotorable) once granted through court order we won.both roads lies in same property.we have two houses in our property with paralyzed grandma & two small kids.plz need help

Go to Court again and get Mandatory Injunction order against opponents.
