My elder uncle has adopted me 35 years back. He has one female child and they have not made any deed or agreement because that was totally mutual understanding of my family. He/Her given to me father and mother name in all document. But now days not my father nor my mother is alive and their daughter wants all the property. I just want to ask that I have right in my father's property or not. And what right on my biological mother and father property. Kindly guide me

Without adoption Deed, you have no right. Rather your greed will be proved against your sister's exclusive rights.

Sir, though adoption certificate is a mandate but there are few points which if further get clear in your matter which are not mentioned in your query by you then, you can claim the property as there are some judgements in regard to the same. Book appointment for in depth consultation.
