Risk Involve In Purchasing Dispute Land

I need to purchase the land. The issue as follows, Initially Venktappa self- acquired the piece of land . Venktappa has one son name Ramanappa. After the death of venktappa property is transfer to Ramanappa. Ramanappa has 3 children , one son (somana) and two daughter. Ramanappa gifted the property to his son somana thro' gift deed. later after some year ramanappa expired. meanwhile his daughter has filed suit against somana to claim the grand father property share. Now whether it advisable to purchase this land or not.
