I want to know: 1-To whom the application for RTI to be addressed and submitted if any information is sought from tehsil office regarding the details of sold property of my father by one of my brother without knowledge of our rest brothers and sisters. 2-Can the RTI application be sent by post. And if so to whom the DD is to be paid.
