Sale Of Land In India Through Foreign Power Of Attorney

I understand that foreign power of attorney should be stamped by the Collector within three months of its receipt in India. If the agent of POA disregards this and succeeds in selling lands in India by using the POA, can the sale be challenged and reversed .
