Sarfaesi Act

In Npa a/c, By mid march my property have been made sale auction by that time i have filed SA and emergent petition filed for stop/stay auction but no bidders came. Now by next month bank have again made sale auction notice in newpaper. my queries: again i need to make fresh SA for stay or by using the old SA shall i proceed pls clarify counsels.
