You immediately approach the Consumer Court being an URGENT MATTER and get a direction issued to the buyer. You will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required

Dear Sir, You can send a legal notice to the seller for refund/possession of the amount paid. In case the seller is not responded then you can file a suit in Consumer Court. If the seller is builder registered under RERA need to approach the state RERA authority. You can also file a complaint in police station against seller for cheating. In case of any further consultancy please get in touch with me and review my profile and rank 5 star points to me.
