Can my mother revoke a unconditional settlement deed for properties she has given to me or write in favour of my brother. Please consider below points too 1. No statement on the deed stating any money is been settled to her for the property transfer 2. She has access to original property documents and settlement deed too, though it\'s in my name

Dear Sir, If your mother is a Senior Citizen then she can easily cancel such document by approaching Assistant Commissioner (Revenue).

I do agree with Suneel Mougil that a person can get Deed Cancelled by Court. But then Madam you get chance to defend yourself .

she can get the settlement deed cancelled from the court mentioning any reason like coercion, pressure, threat, etc

Madam , is the Settlement Deed Registered or unregistered. If Registered then you can get the copy of it in Sub- Registrar. Without your signatory same cannot be cancelled. Contact any lawyer for Relief
