I am Hindu. My father's first wife (mother) has 2 daughters and my father's second wife has 2 daughters. When we areÂ 5-6 years old my father left my mother (due to tuberculosis) andÂ married to 2nd wife. My father has ancestral property + property purchased by my father. My father don't write any will. After he died 2nd wife created a will on her name with fingerprints after my father died. (actually, he will sign documents and never use thumbprints).Â We have not received any property not even 1 rupee. Note: our father has the property of aroundÂ 200 Crores (we are willing to give 10% to the lawyer in our share) we don't have any money to pay for lawyer fees. If someone able to help us it will really helpful for us. Please give me your invaluable advice. Appreciate your efforts in writing suggestions if there isÂ anyÂ way we can get anything. Thank you.
