Me and my brother inherited the house from our Father, who died intestate. It was mutually decided between us and the same was reduced in writing on a stamp paper of Rs. 100 and was also notarized that : 1) The Value of the house is Rs. 28 lakhs. 2) My brother will take the entire house and will pay me Rs. 14 lakhs towards my share. 3) Now he is not ready to pay my share of Rs. 14 lakhs as agreed. Please advise on the future course of action.

Dear Madam, You may immediately file a suit for Partition and get stay order against him and forcibly enter into the house and stay there, it your joint property.
