Shop Rent

I want to work & hire will. nothing else. lord think I shop will never empty. my stature cassette & mobile work. Lord speak will fare differently mobile work. last two years my parents goes to death. my age is 24 years.owners speak for increase the rent double. however I increase the rent 10% every year. plz suggests me what should I do......??
