Society. Share Certificate Transfer /endorsement

Registered agreement along with request for membership received. Agreement shows two prior transferees who have not applied for membership. How the transfer should reflect in share certificate . Issue share certificate in the name of first transferor then endorse behind certificate the second and third transferee ?
