yes you have all the legal documents when you will start the process that person will come forward and you will know about him and can make complaint of him

You may approach local police if not cooperating then approach the court .immediately put up a compound wall

1. you cannot cut the crops but you can file a police complaint against the said person. 2. alternatively, you can wait for the crops to be cut, once removed, you can take the possession by your way without complaining the police

No doubt you are the Registered owner of the Land but You cannot take the law in your own hands.
