Stampduty & Registration Fee

I am planning to buy a resale Flat in Pune, The flat is 7 years old. The seller has already paid Stampduty & Registration fee at the time of buying the property from builder in 2013.Do I need to again pay the stamp duty and registration fee to the government as i am now buying from the seller.
