There is a 2BHK flat in Sarjapur Road Bangalore which is in my and my husband name. Currently we are in process of filing 13B Divorce with mutual consent in Noida as we have relocated from Bangalore to Noida and the agreement has been finalized in the mediation which was taken care in Allahabad High Court where it is decided that my husband will transfer flat in my name as an alimony so I will have 50% to 100% share in the property. My question is that what is the legal process as per Bangalore property law where in least investment I can get the property transferred in my name also keeping in mind that after divorce my husband cannot do any further trouble to me and my daughter in taking the flat back. As all the charges of transfer has to be taken care by me as my husband has refused to give any further money apart from flat so need a economical solution for transfer with no future setbacks.

Execute a compromise deed & memo and record in court proceeding as a document.. then you can execute any time.. best thing is getting Relinquishment / Release deed registered before divorce so as to save much Stamp fee..
