Asked in Property
Dear Sir, Your mother must execute relinquishment or gift deed in respect of entire property but they are some other issues in respect of the share of your father which normally will be devolved equally on his wife and children. For solution, please discuss by taking paid consultation. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.
All the Class-I Legal heirs are to get the share of Property left by your Father. You yourself cannot have any option to leave aside anyone. Apply to the Revenue Department and Civic Body for the purpose. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
if there is no will and the property is ancestral in that case your brother also has the right up to third share after the death of your father
1. the facts provided by you are not sufficient to answer your query, 2. what was the status of the property, self-earned by your deceased father or ancestral? 3. whether he died intestate or left any WILL?
