I had vacated the shop on 16.12.2016 behalf of personal nessicity for my wife but due to the accident her leg got fractured on 1.12.2016 now I want to give that shop on rent for my livelihood. I want to know that can I give my shop on rent and what all problems can I face? and what is the actual bondage time for personal nessicity?
