We live in an apartment for which the association committee has decided to draw a water pipeline over my parking lot for which I have not approved due to already problems faced by existing other pipes. Even after expressing no approval from my end, Committee has been harassing over forcing a pipeline over the said parking space. I need to understand my rights and seek legal opinions over ownership of the headspace of the parking lot.

Knowing one thing has got to be very pertinent that the nomenclature of the parking area. If it is an allotted one the committee cannot but if it happens to be a common one then the things are otherwise. if the parking space was allotted in your name then you have the right on that area they cannot do anything in open over the parking space you can send them a legal notice and also can file a civil suit against them
