Dear Client, You can purchase share of all 05 Co-owners by right to PRE EMPTION but for same you has to pay prevailing market value for their share and if they are not ready to sale their share as per the price offered by you then you can file suit for partition against them but in said suit you can able to claim your share only. So far as your concerned regarding house property, if it is practicably possible to divide your house property then go for partition suit. your further action would depend on their response.
