I had filed a case against the builder in Haryana RERA but judges were not ready to hear our arguments. They had given decision based on the other complaints against the same builder. Judge did not listen to us at all. Now he has given judgement of 10.7% per annum interest rate without getting delivery date committed from builder. We know builder is not going to complete the project and he proudly says I can fight till supreme court and they will also not be able to do us anything as in case of Amrapali (no projects got auctioned). he is ready to go jail but we want our money back. I am not satisified with RERA judgement. I am looking for other options like NCLT, NCDRC, state consumer forum, economic offences wings, etc whichever is fastest. 1. Where can I approach after RERA judgement. My judgement has come but I have not yet got it applied. 2. If builder does not start paying me interest from 90 days of order, then can I approach NCLT. 3. Can I approach NCLT now itself without waiting for 90 days. 4. Can I approach NCDRC now itself considering it looks into matter of deficiency in service. 5. Can I submit case in Economic Offence wing as well in parallel. 6. Where can I complain about the judge that he gave judgement without reading our rejoinder arguements and giving us another hearing. Can I complain in CBI . In our judgement also, they did not mention the things of our last submission. 6. If some other person files a case in NCLT and I wait for 90 days and if the builder does not start paying interest, can I join with that case in NCLT. 7. If someone is already fightig a case in NCDRC, can I join them in parallel. 8. Based on the judgement, can i ask the bank from whom I have taken home loan to collect the interest amount as my principla repayment and hence reduce my EMI. 9. I do not want to go to RERA appellate as I know it will be same biased towards thne builder.
