As per my knowledge sisters have equal rights to parents property after their demise where there is no Will. And if the brother is not willing to give their share they have no option but to file a suit in court for their share. Normally court fees is some percentage for the property valuation. My question is that is the court fees devided into all 3 parties equally or just the parties filing the suite have to pay the fees. For example if the court fees as per valuation comes to say 3lakhs and there are 3 parties, 1 Brother and 2 sister where there sisters file a suit. so do the sisters have to pay entire court fees or will the brother will also have to pay 1/3rd of it ?

if all three of you are and filling one suit you all the three share among yourselves like 1/3 which means for example*Phone*each will have to pay around*Phone*each.

suppose the total property is of Rs. 100 and share of X = 33.33. In this case court on rupees*Phone*shall be paid.
