dear sir, I am 25 yr old gir married 2 years back. in my father familey my brother acting too smart to get whole properties. So is it possible withouty knowledge he register with his? To get my share I need to go court or after my parents automatically it come to my name? even my fathers and mothers also supporting him. bt my husband not showing intrest in properties and go to court. pls help me.
