There is a matter of dividing property between 4 brothers which was running in SDM court and after that, it was running in upper ayukta court. Lekhpal ne jab koora bnaya toh 13 me se 6 araaziyat ka hi batwara kiya aur costly property opposite side k naam pe kar di. SDM ne is batware ko sahi maanke order de diya jiske against me maine uper ayukta k yha appeal ki. Uper ayukta k yha b lekhpal ne pehle banaye koore k liye ek sahmati patra pe bina mere pita ji k signature k SDM k yha se aye order ko sahi maan k fir wahi decision repeat karke meri appeal ko reject kr diya. Kya mai Allahabad High Court se mandamus ki writ article 226 k zariye le sakta hu? isme kitna kharch ayega? plz help me. M fighting not only for my property right but also for corruption that is rapidly increasing by govt officials. It will benefit others too

Dear Client, Aap immediately Upar Ayukt ke Order ko Hon'ble High Court me challenge kare kyu aapke case me Principal of Natural Justice violate kiya gaya so as per Article 226 of the Constitution of India you have a right to challenge these kind of unfair order whatever subordinate court passed against you. If need more clarification then you contact us. As per Fees is concern I will charge 25 thousand for that case.

You can file a Writ Petition before the High Court under Art 227 for a Writ of certiorari. If your statements are right you stand with better chances of winning the case.
