I have my flat on the 9th Floor and the person residing at 8th floor complaining of a seepage problem. I permitted the builder to carry out repair work during the COVID period and agreed to bear cost this time. While talking over the phone with her, she asked me to procure the external services of a waterproofing solution. I refused to pay for these additional services and asked her to get this repaired by Builder While discussing when I did not agree to pay for the externally procured services in turn she said that I have been arguing with her and harassing a lady. Hence, I requested her not to use the female card (Means do not make any gender specific comment). Now she has sent an email to builder saying wrongful, immoral, unethical, illegal acts, a crime against women, sexual favour, criminal intimidation, breach of trust, and unconstitutionally created damage and bad situation in my flat so that no one can live there. Please suggest the action at my end
