Diffrent Handwriting On Cheque Could Cancel Purchasing Farm And Future Claims

Hi Sir, I am Bhushan. I am going to purchase a farm. and we are doing this purchasing through cheque! problem is I can't write a check well due to shaky hands or Shiversing of my hands because I have low self confidence. but I can sign well. so I wanna ask you question 1. Can diffrent handwriting on cheques is allowed in bank if signature is guinine? and is it crime? 2. Can anyone claim in future that my purchasing of farm should cancel due to different handwriting on cheque? please answer it sir it is extremely important for me to know!
