Dear Sir, If you try to unfreeze your account then the Investigation Officer may try to cite yourself as a Accused in the said Cyber Crime offence. Better to open new Bank account and convince your employer.

If you haven't done anything wrong then you need not worry. Your account will unfreeze when the investigation is over by the Investigating Officer. And you will receive a notice by the police station where the case has been registered under section 91 CrPC to defend your points. You can always serve them a notice regarding your grievances asking them as to what's the reason that your account has been frozen. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If your bank account has been frozen without any prior notification, it is important to take immediate action to understand the reasons behind the freeze and resolve the issue. Here are some steps you can consider: Contact your bank: Reach out to your bank's customer service or visit the nearest branch to inquire about the reason for the account freeze. Request specific details regarding any legal notice or complaint that led to the freeze. Consult with a lawyer: It's advisable to consult with a lawyer who specializes in cybercrime or financial law to understand your rights and legal options. They can help you navigate the situation and provide guidance on the best course of action. Gather relevant documentation: Collect any documents related to your part-time job, including employment contracts, payment receipts, and records of the tasks you performed. These documents can help support your claim that you have not engaged in any illegal activities. Respond to any legal notices: If you receive a legal notice or communication from the cyber cell or any other relevant authority, it is essential to respond promptly. Failure to respond may lead to further complications. Consult with your lawyer to draft an appropriate response. Cooperate with authorities: If you are required to appear before the authorities for an inquiry or investigation, it is generally advisable to cooperate. Your lawyer can guide you on how to respond during such interactions while protecting your rights.
