Normally no issue of handwriting, only signature are important
Dear Sir, Normally the bankers do not have any objections to pass the cheques if signatures are tallied. In case of major differences of hand writing the Banker may refer such disputed handwritings to the Drawer and ask his opinion as to whether it is bonafide.
