Non Payment Of Money

The staff employed at Excel Honda, Mayapuri had asked me to make the payment of Rs 2000/- for purchase of body frame of Honda Activa 4G. At that time the said item was not available at the Agency. So i was told by the staff that I would be intimated later as soon as the item gets procured. I feel very sorry to intimate that neither any information regarding the purchase of item was provided by your staff of Excel Honda nor any payment was made till date. Infact they were shamelessly asking for the proof of payment made to them. What can be done to teach them a lesson??
