Civil case for money recovery of Rs12lakhs

I want to file civil suit for money recovery of Rs12lakhs. How much court fees I have to pay in West Bengal.Lawyers are saying Rs1000/ court fees for money suit cases.pl clarify the criteria for determining the court fees in civil courts? Different lawyers have different opinions which is very much confusing ?
