Share In House Property In Tamilnadu

Late grandfather had house in tamilnadu. Died in 1996.he had 2 child. One is my uncle,2 is my mother. My uncle sons filed partition suit in 1998,got final decree in andhra court in jun 11,2010 allowing half share to uncle sons. Quarter share to my uncle,quarter share to my mother. Uncle sons filed execution petition in Feb,2013. Meanwhile my uncle died Nov 2020.Execution petition dismissed by default on April 5,2022. Now my question is what is the chance for uncle sons as they exhausted 12 year deadline period. Then what about that property.clearly explain
