False Ownership Claim

i have purchased the several flats in Mumbai from my banks account and registered in wife (housewife) name, due to some diffefences she declared the ownership in court and grabbing the monthly rents, in income tax department she submitted the statement that flats purchased from husband accounts with all cheques detail, what action i have to take in dindoshi court mumbai where the suit is pending and interim order in my favour
