Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go hide and file a complaint to your nearby police station for thress passing and mischief which is a criminal offence under Indian Penal Code . Mischief under Section 425 of IPC covers all those acts that cause any damage or destruction to the property resulting in any wrongful loss or damage. The scope of this section is wide and it applies in the case of both public as well as private damages. Moreover Under section 441, of the IPC, the components of the crime of criminal trespass are as follows: enter into or upon property in the possession of another, intent to commit an offence, intimidate, injure, or annoy any person in possession, and so on.
