OBC Certificate Eligibility Related

My mother is working as a B.T. Assistant teacher (Group B post) in Government school. My father is working as a B.T. Assistant in Government-aided school (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT).whether my father working in Government aided school will be considered as directly recruited Group B officer(Government employee). As per OBC guidelines if both the parents are directly recruited Group B officers then OBC reservation is not applicable for their children. Whether I am eligible for OBC reservation.please clarify me.
