Question Related To Civil Dispute

My father has bought land in 1996,on the name of three brother, including my father, and in same plot he bought the land in 2003, on his name only, and one unregistered panchnama was there among there brother, stating that land has taken from joint income and divided equally, but still the 2003 bought land is on the name of my father, and previous disputes takes place,, and we are refusing to give land stating that land is on the name of my father, can someone take that land through unregistered panchnama
