Can the person claim his/her deposit money from the landlord, if that person vacate the pg room to shift to other pg room before the tenancy ends( in the 9th month of pg duration)... although there is no mention in the prepared rent agreement formed by that person !!! ???

Yes, you can claim the security deposit back. Send a formal written notice/email demanding refund within 15–30 days. If refused, send legal notice through a lawyer or file a case in Court for recovery and compensation. Please contact me on 8130539737 for further process.
