Recovery Of Security Deposit Money From The Pg Owner..

Can the person claim his/her deposit money from the landlord, if that person vacate the pg room to shift to other pg room before the tenancy ends( in the 9th month of pg duration)... although there is no mention in the prepared rent agreement formed by that person !!! ???
