To Claim Sold Land In Andhra After Death And Acquiital

My uncle and my mother are legal heirs of my late maternal grandfather .Grandfather died in 1996. After that he left house,7 acre of land.without any will. My uncle sons filed partition suit in 1998 for both house and land.got preliminary decree in jun 2005.Meanwhile in 2006, mother and my uncle sold 4.69 acres of land to third party for 1,88,000informing civil suit pending.Further they got final decree in 2010. Of 2.34 acres share and threatened 3 rd party. Who in turn filed criminal case against my uncle and mother under section 120b and 420.During trial,my uncle died in 2020 and now recently my mother acquiited in July 2026.Now my question is whether it cancel sale deed of 2006 or my mother to claim,give clear idea.now the market value is 40 lakhs.
