What Share In Deceased Grandfather House

My maternal grandfather died in 1996 who has left house in tamilnadu. He has 2 legal heirs, one is my uncle and other is my mother. My uncle (2sons )filed partition suit in 1998.they got preliminary decree in 2005.got final decree in jun 2010 stating that uncle sons both getting each 25 percent share,my uncle got 25 percent share.my mother got in 25 percent share. My uncle sons filed EP in local court in Feb 2013.After that my uncle died in. Nov 2020.After that in April 5,2022 ,ep is dismissed as uncle share was not claimed by his wife.4 years passed away.As ep is eligible for 12 years from 2010,it means expired.also ep dismissed. My question is whether they have to get another final decree or to filed another ep.The other question is daughter has equal share in father property.how much share can my mother get,give clear idea.
