Builder Not Doing Conveyance. Auditor Not Responding When Tried To Connect.

My builder not doing conveyance deed . He registered society last year with his own staff as chairman and all . Now there is no transparency about expenses . I tried to contact assigned auditor but she is saying go to builder. Also she is asking if we want to give our declaration to her ,it should be on letterhead and with society stamp to wich we don't have access. We don't know where to go and how
