I live in janta flat so I'm building my house I would extending more rooms but neighbours threatens me to we will raise a complaint in mcd we will stop the work which can lead to put the work on hold I feel helpless there they are pressuring me so I can sell my house.

Hi, you live in Janta flat that means your building design is already approved as per construction plan. Now at this time you only renovate your area or add some small contributions but if you want to properly increase your area or change your site plan then firstly you should get approval from MCD.
