I filed a case of Rs12 lakhs given as friendly loan to accused on advice of a advocate. Although I gave Rs18 lakhs as loan and received Rs3+ Rs3 lakhs = Rs6lakhs from accused.so filed 12 lakhs due from the accused. I have lost demand notice send to the accused.Now the judge says my case can't be taken us 420,406and u/s 120B.The accused showing that 10lakhs paid by self cheque.What should I do now?

Dear Sir, At this preliminary stage you cannot do anything. If any case is the registered or not registered then you can challenge the order which is against you and after winning the case you may proceed further against the Accused for his false statements.
